Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of project management or PMO experience in cloud computing, IT services, or infrastructure delivery
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms or enterprise IT architecture
Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles from scoping to deployment and acceptance
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across international or cross-regional teams
Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin for business communication and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership
PMP, IPMP, or similar project management certifications preferred
Willingness to travel for project deployment or regional coordination as needed

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of Tencent Cloud-related projects across local and regional markets
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure scope, schedule, and quality alignment
Serve as the central point of contact across business, technical, and external stakeholders
Align requirements, clarify delivery milestones, and manage client-facing documentation such as proposals, phase reports, and acceptance documents
Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to design mitigation strategies, improve delivery frameworks, and uphold service quality
Continuously refine delivery workflows and collaboration mechanisms to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction for cloud deployment and service projects
