Responsibilities

General grounds work including mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, watering, and litter removal
Operating equipment including zero turn mowers and other landscaping equipment
Irrigation work including fixing and adjusting sprinkler heads, digging and replacing pipe lines, investigating and solving watering issues
Maintenance of fleet vehicles including washing, detailing, and transporting to maintenance appointments
Equipment maintenance including changing oil, sharpening blades, greasing as necessary
Shop maintenance including general cleaning, painting, parts acquisition
