They must be continuous learners, able to navigate various systems and tools like Dash and Salesforce, and adapt quickly to new platforms. Excellent time management and follow-through skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage competing priorities. Self-motivation, proactivity, and the capacity to excel in independent work environments are also required. This is a remote position requiring up to 40 hours per week and one Saturday per month.
The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource and solution seeker for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. They will professionally follow up with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure prompt escalation resolution. The role involves building trust for Angi by actively providing positive customer experiences and mitigating negative outcomes. Responsibilities include consistently resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly while adhering to team handling standards. Additionally, the manager will identify and suggest improvements to team processes to optimize workflows and handle administrative needs and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
