This is a remote, temporary, long-term assignment requiring up to 40 hours per week and one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Responsibilities include professionally following up with cross-functional teams for prompt resolution, building trust by providing positive customer experiences and mitigating negative outcomes, and consistently resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly while adhering to team standards. The role also involves identifying and suggesting process improvements, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to ad hoc projects.
