Responsibilities

The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Responsibilities include professionally following up with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure prompt escalation resolution, building customer trust by mitigating negative outcomes, and resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly while adhering to team standards. The role also involves identifying and suggesting process improvements, handling administrative tasks, and participating in ad hoc projects.
