The role requires the ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including one Saturday per month.
The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Responsibilities include professionally following up with cross-functional teams for prompt resolution, building trust by positively impacting customer experiences, and mitigating negative outcomes. The role involves consistently resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly, identifying and suggesting process improvements, and performing assigned administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
