Requirements

  • Fully licensed therapist (eligible for $4,000 new employee retention bonus if new to Rogers within six months)
  • Reside in a state where Rogers operates: WI, MN, IL, PA, TN, FL, GA, CO, CA, WA
  • Ability to work full-time schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm PST, Monday-Friday
  • Capable of working in a 100% virtual/remote telehealth setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide social services to patients and their families/significant others virtually
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and/or significant others
  • Provide individual treatment sessions with patients as indicated per program and patient needs
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed and assess for safety daily
  • Interact with patients, family members, significant others, and referents with respect and dignity
  • Participate in psychoeducational support sessions with patient/family/significant others
  • Provide case management and therapeutic interventions to all assigned patients
  • Serve as patient advocate for grievances, following system policy and procedure
  • Adhere to provided materials for clinical effectiveness and consistency
  • Manage patient/family expectations related to services provided
  • Initiate and maintain contact with referring providers, school (if applicable), and care team
  • Implement goals and interventions from the Care Plan within the therapeutic program component
  • Ensure goals are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timely) and patient-specific
  • Document progress according to the treatment plan
  • Troubleshoot technology issues during programming with patients
  • Complete admissions documentation, including Social Services Admission Assessment, Suicide Risk Assessment, safety plan (for ages 12 and under at provider discretion), initial treatment goals/interventions, and consents for record release
  • Complete ongoing treatment documentation per program guidelines, including clear/concise treatment goals, daily treatment status, group therapy notes, contact notes, and Care Plan updates
  • Summarize patient progress and decision-making from multidisciplinary team meetings in the master treatment plan
  • Communicate processes to team members and document thoroughly, in detail, and timely
  • Complete discharge documentation on time, including initial discharge plan, discharge summary, presenting problem, progress, current status, treatment recommendations, and aftercare coordination with outpatient providers, school, and stakeholders
  • Report and document suspected cases of physical or sexual abuse
