Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Tecnologías de Información, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Informática o carreras afines
  • 2 años de experiencia en la industria de la tecnología, manejando cuentas de tamaño significativo (sistemas operativos Windows, MS Office 365, impresoras térmicas, escáneres de mano y habilidades básicas de red)
  • Conocimientos prácticos en políticas de dominio, consolas de certificado, funciones de panel de control, redes, comandos, archivos masivos y diagnóstico de sistemas periféricos
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación para escuchar al cliente y articular soluciones
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Tlalnepantla

Responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte a usuarios finales en sitio
  • Configurar y administrar equipos (laptops, impresoras, móviles, hand held, switches, nodos)
  • Inventariar equipo de TI
  • Resolver tickets y dar seguimiento
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos
  • Mantener habilidades de comunicación activa y trabajo en equipo para resolver incidencias/peticiones del cliente
  • Asegurar alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente aclarando necesidades y cumpliendo expectativas
  • Proporcionar servicio de software, soporte post-venta y soluciones en aplicaciones estándar y especializadas
  • Resolver problemas técnicos en plataformas de hardware y software asignadas
  • Usar procedimientos y herramientas de monitoreo proactivo para prevenir problemas
  • Administrar y gestionar sistemas EPS de fabricación en sitio del cliente
