Preparatory education completed or Technical degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in the position
MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

Responsible for stopping production under the level of function and responsibility outlined in procedures
Execute the quality system using integrated Quality Management systems, including but not limited to IATF-16949
Perform periodic layer audits at least bi-monthly
Review and update documents related to the original equipment part approval process required by the customer
Participate in training activities on quality-related aspects such as tools, metrics, and procedures
Provide support to areas in statistical programs or studies, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies
Execute requested tests to ensure compliance with product and customer requirements
Deliver metallurgical study results on time
Correctly use and maintain laboratory equipment in good condition to ensure availability and reliability
Update monthly the assigned quality system indicators
Participate in the coordination, development, and implementation of PPAP, PSO, ANPQP for original equipment customers
Establish, together with Quality Management, quality engineering objectives
Coordinate monthly process data analysis meetings
Comply with the company's Safety and Environmental standards
Collaborate in the planning and execution of personnel development and training programs, promoting effective transfer of technical knowledge
