Requirements

  • Ingeniería técnica, valorable rama industrial, u otra formación técnica similar
  • Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en empresa de servicios realizando tareas similares: elaboración de memorias técnicas, análisis de pliegos, estudios de viabilidad, etc
  • Experiencia previa en ofertas y/o licitaciones del sector servicios: limpieza, mantenimiento de instalaciones, servicios auxiliares, etc
  • Conocimiento del negocio y del tejido empresarial de la zona geográfica asignada
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas: Excel, PPT, etc
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés

Responsibilities

  • Análisis de los Pliegos de Condiciones o bases facilitadas para realizar una oferta
  • Indicar a los Departamentos que participan en la oferta los datos necesarios para realizar una Oferta ganadora (Operaciones, RRLL, Jurídico, Seguros, etc.)
  • Planificar todo el desarrollo de la Oferta (reuniones, consultas, cierres; necesarias según el procedimiento de preparación de Ofertas)
  • Realizar las consultas necesarias al cliente para aclarar los requisitos de la Oferta
  • Realizar los Estudios Técnicos necesarios para calcular los Recursos necesarios de la Oferta
  • Realizar los Estudios económicos necesarios para calcular la Oferta
  • Plantear una propuesta de Oferta tanto técnica como económica así como los posibles riesgos que se proponen y palancas existentes
  • Elaborar la memoria técnica y la económica para entregar al cliente en Ofertas Privadas
  • Elaborar la memoria técnica, económica y resto de documentos necesarios, en el formato requerido para entregar a Notificaciones, en las Ofertas Públicas
  • Pedir precios a Subcontratas/Proveedores que participan en la Oferta, bien a través del Dto. De Compras o directamente, según proceda
  • Colaborar en la mejora del repertorio de Ofertas
  • Analizar las aperturas de plicas
  • Elaboración Informes técnicos de justificación de una baja temeraria
  • Tramitar todo el proceso en el CRM para que esté permanentemente actualizado
  • Revisión y Modificaciones de las Ofertas
  • Participar en las Tomas de datos según necesidad
  • Participar en las reuniones de Defensa con el cliente de las Ofertas, según necesidad
