Minimum 3 years of experience (overall 6-8+ years in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Administration preferred)
15 years full-time education (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
Must have skills: Cloud Infrastructure
5+ years hands-on experience with Azure and AWS environments
Expertise in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) management, troubleshooting, and scaling
Expertise in ITIL practices (Change Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Knowledge Base)
Strong hands-on experience with automation, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Terragrunt, ARM templates, CloudFormation, or Bicep
Experience in one or more: RunDeck, VRA/VRO, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory, Docker Desktop, Visual Studio/VS Code, Puppet, Jira, Confluence, Wiz.io, Crowdstrike Logscale, SonarQube, CloudHealth
Knowledge of security controls (IAM, Key Vault, Security Groups, Policies, WIZ.IO)

Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability
Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles for troubleshooting
Collaborate with vendors and service management teams for issue analysis and resolution
Manage day-to-day operations of cloud environments (Azure & AWS): provisioning, monitoring, patching, scaling, and cost optimization
Deploy, configure, upgrade, and secure Kubernetes clusters (AKS & EKS); manage namespaces, networking, RBAC policies; troubleshoot container workloads and ingress/egress traffic
Develop and maintain automation using IaC for consistent environment deployment
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Docker Desktop, Artifactory, GitHub Actions)
Implement and manage security controls ensuring adherence to standards
Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging (Azure Monitor, CloudHealth)
Design and maintain disaster recovery strategies (backup, replication, failover testing)
Analyze and optimize compute, storage, and network utilization for efficiency and cost savings
Work with development, security, and architecture teams; create runbooks, SOPs, and architecture documentation
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure in hybrid/multi-cloud environments
