Requirements

Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or eligible for obtaining security clearance
Willingness to work in Canberra office at least 3 days per week (relocation to Canberra welcome)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with ambiguity
Strong communication skills, able to facilitate large workshops
Excellent organizational skills for managing competing priorities and aligning business objectives with technical demands
Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, handling disputes well
Experience leading small teams (about three people) on projects and guiding junior team members
Adaptability to traditional waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
Skilled in business process mapping and using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
Understanding of system architecture

Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and facilitate workshops
Prepare business and technical documentation, prioritise requirements, and ensure traceability
Analyse and optimise business processes, propose efficiency solutions, and support change management
Create and maintain process models using standard notations and tools, collaborating on "as-is" and "to-be" workflows
Review system capabilities, identify integration gaps, design technical solutions, and produce technical documentation
Translate requirements into specifications, recommend enhancements, and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards
Assist with development and execution of test plans for system functionality, participate in test phases, and resolve defects
