Responsibilities

Design and develop highly available, reliable, and scalable modern SaaS cloud-based solutions
Build, test, and deliver microservice and micro-frontend systems using DevOps, TDD, and platform engineering best practices, with a strong focus on quality and security
Write modular, scalable, testable, and high-performance code using software engineering best practices and industry-standard security tools
Design, develop, and test application features with a focus on preventing unauthorized access or misuse
Lead and participate in domain-driven software design and code review sessions, using modern modeling tools to create customer-focused architecture
Create technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents and provide constructive feedback during reviews
Plan, prioritize, and execute complex, high-priority tasks independently and as part of an Agile team
Drive modernization efforts using containerization and orchestration technologies, contributing to system scalability and resilience
Develop and deliver self-healing systems using modern observability tools and techniques
Contribute to and improve team coding and delivery practices using modern version control and analytics tools
Partner with PM/TPM to lead PI planning, feature prioritization, and backlog breakdown sessions, maintaining program tracking in management tools
Participate in and lead incident management and on-call procedures, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Evaluate and adopt innovative technologies and practices to enhance SDLC efficiency and product quality
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and support continuous improvement of build and delivery systems
Perform performance testing on microservices to meet non-functional requirements (NFRs) and assist in triaging and resolving issues reported by customers and internal users
Act as a team player willing to take on multiple roles like Product Owner, Scrum Master in addition to core role
Participate and lead demonstration of product features to program stakeholders
Influence organizational peers and mentor senior team members
Partner with PM/TPM/EM on program-level feature prioritization PI over PI
Participate and lead team practices in Incident Management and On-Call procedures
