15 years full-time education
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (mandatory); Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
12+ years of progressive, customer-facing enterprise software experience, including significant time in a dedicated architecture role
Deep experience with the Salesforce Platform, including programmatic capabilities
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Demonstrable experience architecting solutions with Einstein 1 Platform components and integration patterns
Must have skills: Salesforce Technical Architecture
Good to have skills: Life Sciences
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, strong communication and presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Lead in designing and implementing AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce and Einstein 1 Platform, guiding teams on complex implementations and prototyping concepts
Serve as an expert in Salesforce Data Cloud, architecting and governing data foundations for GenAI workflows and integration strategies; provide guidance on using external data platforms with Data Cloud
Act as a lead technical authority in pre-sales, shaping solution strategies for key accounts and translating challenges into technical blueprints for executives
Define architectural vision and standards for Agentforce, lead technical governance, and mentor other architects and developers
Influence Salesforce product roadmaps and contribute to thought leadership through IP creation and community engagement
Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement; define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs
Translate business challenges into technical plans and roadmaps, combining AI expertise, strategic advice, and delivery leadership for enterprise AI on Salesforce
