Requirements

  • Very hands-on in building process flow documentation and managing the quality of functional deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Serve clients in project roles like PMO Lead, Execution Lead, and Functional Business Analyst Lead, Organizational Change Management Lead
  • Drive the execution of Lead-to-Cash strategic programs for clients
  • Drive clear executive level weekly status meetings – open issues, risks and decisions to be made quickly to deliver the project on time and on budget
  • Drive clarity for stakeholders across complex system and process redesign projects for organizations who do not have technology implementation expertise
  • Inspire clients to act on recommendations rooted in our ‘why’
  • Strong “who needs to do what and when does it need to be done by” orientation
