Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in both hands-on technical delivery roles and functional delivery quality management
  • Strong corporate finance and revenue accounting knowledge
  • Proven background in technical roles configuring & developing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Ability to lead global delivery teams in a fast-paced project-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve clients in project roles like Transformation Architect, Business Process Architect, and Enterprise Architect
  • Gain alignment among leaders in client’s business functions that touch the customer
  • Understand CRM, CPQ and Customer Service systems architecture impacts with external systems and interconnected nature of designing end-to-end solutions with eCommerce, order/service delivery management, inventory and ERP systems
  • Assign work items to both functional and technical staff, manage quality of their work
  • Experienced in data migration methods, rooting delivery team in proven approaches that work well based on previous successful deployments in Lead-to-Cash
  • Very experienced in all data integration methods (custom code and middleware-based) for Lead-to-Cash use cases
  • Strong verbal ability to present clients with potential design decisions, highlighting short- and long-term operational efficiencies associated with each
