Responsibilities

GMP-konforme Durchführung von Antigen-, Allergen- und Antikörper-Aufreinigungsprozessen
Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Aufreinigungsprozessen und Transfer in den Produktionsmaßstab
Durchführung von elektrophoretischen und immunologischen Proteinanalysen
Wartung und Instandhaltung des Geräteparks (Kalibrierung, Qualifizierungen, Monitoring)
Konzentrationsbestimmungen photometrisch und kolorimetrisch
Konjugation von Proteinen bis zum Produktionsmaßstab
Pufferansatz
