Requirements

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment or other facilities
  • Possess experience or qualifications in any of the following: Electrical equipment maintenance, electrical systems, fabrication, forklift license, HVAC systems, hydraulic systems, equipment installation/commissioning, mechanical maintenance, pneumatic systems, power tools, preventive maintenance, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), reading/understanding various mechanical drawings, reading electrical schematics, welding skills
  • English Language proficiency (e.g. TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding and experience complying with GMP
  • Understanding and experience implementing TPM
  • Work experience in a food manufacturing plant
  • Certified fire alarm inspector or completed special training qualification
  • Certified local exhaust ventilation system manager
  • Special training for welding operations
  • Welding fume management supervisor
  • Knowledge and ability to [incomplete in JD]

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance efforts
  • Acquire the necessary skills to perform emergency repair responses
  • Record maintenance costs in the maintenance history
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives
  • Perform engineering and maintenance work on plant equipment
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (Production, Quality, Safety, Environment, Planning & Logistics, etc.) to execute capital projects
  • Support plant operation optimization from a facility management perspective through implementing effective improvement measures and equipment maintenance
  • Demonstrate leadership and drive problem-solving initiatives
  • Execute Maintenance Operations: Perform effective maintenance (daily troubleshooting, planning and implementing preventive measures) to support high manufacturing efficiency; Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to execute preventive and scheduled maintenance according to plan
  • Project Execution: Ensure assigned capital projects are executed according to plan, with specifications, costs, and schedules appropriately managed (or lead project execution with the Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and team); Execute other major projects and capital improvement projects based on cost efficiency and business importance (or lead project execution with the Project Manager and team members)
  • Ensure Quality, Environment, and Safety Systems Operation and Implementation: Ensure proper system operation based on Coca-Cola Company and legal requirements; Understand and lead company rules and regulations; Liaise with subcontractors to ensure safe work practices during construction
  • Assign job tasks, schedule planned work orders, manage projects, and provide direction for maintenance technicians
  • Lead and motivate team members in continuous improvement efforts regarding safety, quality, and increased productivity
