Responsibilities

  • Perform daily preventive maintenance of cleaning tools in a cleanroom environment, adhering to cleanliness protocols and safety standards
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment, documenting all activities and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and complete machine check sheets promptly
  • Execute cost reduction initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on equipment maintenance techniques and safety procedures
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and inspection of equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and company protocols
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures
