- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with individuals or groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
- Capability to safely and correctly perform facility upkeep activities (e.g., cleaning internal areas, operating sweeper/scrubber)
- Skill in using power equipment to move pallets to staging areas and put-away locations
- Ability to monitor and maintain levels of trash, cardboard, boxes, and supplies, including replenishing as needed
- Proficiency in monitoring housekeeping, safety, and equipment conditions, spotting unsafe conditions/poor products/improper procedures, and reporting with improvement ideas

Responsibilities
- Maintain housekeeping and safety of facility by monitoring trash levels in compactors/containers/trash line, removing/baling cardboard, and reporting levels
- Process merchandise and pallets by moving them to staging areas and put-away locations using power equipment
- Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes for order fillers by monitoring and replenishing levels
- Perform custodian operations, including cleaning internal areas and operating sweeper/scrubber in a timely, effective manner
- Ensure facility upkeep equipment is in proper working order and supplies are organized/stocked
- Spot and report unsafe working conditions, poor products, improper service procedures to management with fix ideas
