Requirements

  • Ability to work under direct guidance of a Supervisor or Foreman
  • Compliance with all safe work practices, policies, processes, and acting safely at all times
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including confined space entry (e.g., manholes), tank cleaning, oil spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping, shoveling, high pressure washing, and other remedial activities
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and "On-Call" for Emergency Response
  • Willingness to travel out of town as required, with length dependent on service center and projects
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Transportation Worker (TWIC) clearance (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Answer scheduled and Emergency Response Calls in a timely manner
  • Perform remediation of cleanup for hazardous waste and materials
  • Conduct cleanups, spills, COVID and Hazmat Decon work
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
  • Perform daily work involving confined space entry, tank cleaning, oil spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping, shoveling, high pressure washing, and various other remedial activities
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
