Advanced proficiency in technical writing, ability to produce structured, accurate, and engaging content for technical and training audiences
Proficiency in training visual design - skilled in using design principles to support comprehension and retention
Strong command of Google Workspace tools, especially Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets

Responsibilities

Produce clear, accurate, and engaging written and visual documentation to support training and operational needs

Become a subject matter expert in the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solution and contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving
Continuously collect and apply feedback to refine and enhance documentation quality
Operate effectively within an Agile framework, contributing to iterative improvements and timely deliverables
