Responsibilities

Create clear, actionable documentation for new and evolving AI features in Mendix
Write with the end user in mind, focusing on practical use cases, project relevance, and real-world application—not just feature descriptions
Take ownership of documentation for specific AI-driven features, working toward subject matter expertise as you collaborate with product and engineering teams
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and learning specialists to understand new features at a technical level and communicate them effectively
Align documentation with broader developer learning content, helping users move smoothly between tutorials, guides, and self-directed exploration
Contribute to the voice, structure, and tooling of our documentation—especially where new AI capabilities demand new approaches
Champion the needs of the developer community by proactively identifying gaps, responding to feedback, and continuously improving the docs experience
