Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, release notes, and API documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all documentation
- Understand the needs of diverse user base and create documentation that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create documentation that aligns with the overall user experience
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Customer Support, to gather information and insights for documentation
- Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, adapting quickly to changes in product features and industry standards
