Responsibilities

Design content and train the team in implementing the framework and processes to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the systems
Serve as technical training expert for setting up, operating, maintaining, and debugging the OTTAVA Robotic System
Assess training needs and certification requirements
Document issues that arise in training labs and resolve them by working across hardware, electrical, and software teams
Develop training content on troubleshooting and repair issues that commonly arise on the system
Work with engineers to stay up to date on software and hardware updates
Work with mechanical or electrical engineers (incomplete in description, but implied collaboration)
