Responsibilities

  • Design content and train the team in implementing the framework and processes to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the systems
  • Serve as technical training expert for setting up, operating, maintaining, and debugging the OTTAVA Robotic System
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements
  • Document issues that arise in training labs and resolve them by working across hardware, electrical, and software teams
  • Develop training content on troubleshooting and repair issues that commonly arise on the system
  • Work with engineers to stay up to date on software and hardware updates
  • Work with mechanical or electrical engineers (incomplete in description, but implied collaboration)
