Requirements

8+ years of experience in Active Directory
6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, MS Cluster Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades in production environment, including customer-facing or customer support roles
Experience with monitoring technologies (threshold, parameter, analysis)
Storage & Backup Support experience, including SAN Switch
Experience with Alletra Storage, Commvault, and Tape Library
Knowledge of Backup & Replication
Expertise in Network/Server Automation and Storage Monitoring
Science Graduate (IT/Computer), preferably BE/B.Tech/MCA, with minimum 3 years in Compute/Servers, Storage, Backup solutions
Strong leadership, team motivation, conflict resolution, communication, decision-making, negotiating, time-resource management, and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work in shifts and onsite at HPE partner/customer office

Responsibilities

Overall proactive monitoring through online dashboard and management of equipment, endpoints, servers, database, network devices, and related services
Installing and testing desktop software applications in customer environment and configuring internet browsers for customer applications
Extending central support to users with respect to tools (e.g., Manage Engine)
Coordinating delivery/deployment/discovery of agents/endpoints and installation of new hardware, software, and licenses within stipulated periods
Providing timely resolution of OS-related issues raised by customers
Tape Management
Backup Policy Creation
Scheduling Backup on DC, DR
Archival Management
OEM Liaising
Support during DR-DRILL
Responsible for OEM Health check of Deployed Solution
Carrying out Preventive maintenance through OEMs
Driving, motivating, and elevating team performance through effective conflict resolution, developmental feedback, and clear communication
