Requirements

Master degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Science or relatable)
Minimum of 5 years of experience within a cGMP environment in the biotech industry
Minimum three years of experience as a people manager
Fluent in English (Dutch is a nice to have)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to take decisive action under time pressure
Ability to build strong partnerships and effectively integrate with external collaborators to drive projects/programs forward in a matrixed environment
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

Provide first line troubleshooting support to operations by addressing and resolving manufacturing issues
Manage, lead and coach a team of technical specialists
Ensure first line support to operations by leading and owning the RRT (rapid response team) business process
Drive robust and consistent resolution and escalation of process issues while ensuring batch quality and adherence to procedures and instructions
Support internal and external regulatory audits, manufacturing investigations and change controls
Provide technical and operational support to tech transfers and process improvements
Lead and/or support continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong working relationships with local and global stakeholders
Actively drive the development and growth of the team of technical specialists
