The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role. They should be knowledgeable in the Windows environment, including Windows Service and Workstation, and have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose low-level operating systems and network issues. A passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, particularly in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, is essential. Strong analytical and organizational abilities, combined with excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills, are also required.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identifying root causes and resolutions, and escalating priority issues as needed. You will serve as both an internal and external point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring timely resolutions. Additionally, you will collect information and document bugs for product issues, create troubleshooting documentation for the knowledge base, and continuously seek process improvements and new ways to delight customers.
