Candidates must be a US citizen and be subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. The position is fully remote with an option of being based in Boston, Knoxville, or DC area offices, and up to 25% travel to customer sites is anticipated.
The Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance, ensuring customers reach full production readiness and achieve long-term adoption by assisting with deploying RegScale across various environments, including Docker and Kubernetes. They will participate in solution workshops with customers to identify key requirements and objectives, develop Python scripts to load customer data and integrate RegScale with external tools, create and maintain product integration scripts, develop technical solutions and demonstrate the RegScale platform, deliver customer training, and capture customer technical requirements to inform future product enhancements.
