Responsibilities

The Technical Publications Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Technical Publications team, overseeing daily performance, service levels, and eCommerce administration. This role involves planning, directing, and controlling technical document communication in print and electronic media, managing the creation and editing of product safety decals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include evaluating and reporting on publication performance, researching trends in technical communication, developing innovative distribution strategies, and coordinating the loading and updating of content for eCommerce sites. The manager will also validate written procedures, proof documentation, network with internal teams, manage project estimates and accountability, and collaborate effectively with team members and print vendors.
