Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all technical aspects of launching Via’s revolutionary mobility
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams as we implement impactful infrastructure requirements and solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions between the infrastructure and platform teams and other engineering stakeholders
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams to define requirements, manage timelines, and track delivery milestones
  • Align technical delivery with business goals, ensuring product value is delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Own cross-functional project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, risk mitigation, dependency management, and stakeholder communication
  • Proactively identify execution risks and troubleshoot delivery challenges in real time
  • Manage concurrent initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail and strategic oversight
  • Drive process improvements and delivery best practices across teams
