Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field (advanced degree preferred), at least 5 years of experience in a software development environment ideally with order-to-cash processes for a clinical laboratory, and deep expertise in identification and prioritization of software features.
Deep knowledge in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and sprint planning is required, along with experience using issue tracking systems like Jira.
The role reports to the Associate Director, Technical Product Management.
A strong candidate has demonstrated ability to lead complex trade-off decisions, successfully lead software development efforts to meet regulated standards like FDA or CE-mark, and experience in laboratory operations or clinical study operations for diagnostics.
