Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, mandatory knowledge of the Identity and Access Management domain, and at least 8 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment, preferably within Identity Management and Governance products. Familiarity with Java/J2EE and SQL is required, along with proficiency in building SQL queries and triaging data point related issues, experience with Unix Shell/Perl scripting, and knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and SSO providers.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead, Field Engineering will be responsible for understanding of SLAs and their importance, implementing and managing the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes, dissecting requirements into usable test cases and a test plan, maintaining system configurations and process documentation, providing daily/weekly report for ticket status, assisting with operations after go-live to ensure SLAs, working closely with business teams and DevSecOps teams, and following approved life cycle methodologies while creating documentation for design and testing.
