Requirements

Candidates should have 4-6 years of full-stack software engineering experience with a proven track record of building clear and maintainable code for large-scale systems. Strong experience with Python or comparable server-side languages, such as Java or Node, is required, along with experience in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Candidates must have experience in building functional and unit tests, using metrics and monitoring tools for performance optimization, and developing business solutions in cloud-based environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or applicable industry experience is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will lead a small team of software engineers while also performing individual contributions. They will collaborate with Product and Technical Account Management teams to add features to products and scale the platform. The role includes driving technical architecture, mentoring young developers, and helping engineering teams overcome hurdles to achieve their goals.
