Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with C# FlaUI
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Hands-on experience in developing automation scripts for Desktop, Web, and Mobile Applications
Knowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD tools
Working knowledge of Git, JIRA
Working knowledge of defect management tool/CVS
Good communication and client management skills
Demonstrate Quality, Initiative, Quantity, Dependability, and Teamwork

Responsibilities

Responsible for complete product verification & validation cycle, including technical reviews of test artifacts, customer communication, and status reporting to stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery execution within budget and timeline
Review and explore automation of majority of manual testing
Timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks, and help the team remove impediments
Evaluate new tools & technologies for optimized performance, cost optimization, and Infra-security
Design, develop, and document specifications throughout the project life cycle
Client management through regular review calls & status reporting, project management with CMMi level III guidelines
Manage professional employees and/or supervisors or supervise large, complex technical or business support/production operations teams
Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers
Accountable for results of a small team
Exercise limited management authority; set employee performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actions
Define team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
