Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of a strategic product directly tied to company revenue, from concept through launch and scale
  • Contribute directly to the codebase while setting engineering direction and best practices
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a distributed, international team of engineers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing on launches, GTM campaigns, and customer engagement
  • Define, track, and execute against key KPIs and performance targets, reporting progress directly to the CEO
  • Drive innovation in AI/LLM applications within the product to maintain competitive differentiation
