Requirements

Two to three (3-5) years of IT Infrastructure field support experience
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
Experience installing and troubleshooting desktops, printers, Windows tablets, laptops, and other peripherals
Ability to follow installation instructions for desktop applications
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, and VPN setups
Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
Experience with Anti-spyware, Anti-virus software, SCCM & Device Encryption
Knowledge and experience with Video conferencing and mobile device management (Android/iOS)
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time
Adherence to workplace health and safety policy
Adherence to workplace access control standards

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
Fixing issues without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance
Providing desk-side support and PC break/fix
Performing smart hand activities under instruction
Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware
Troubleshooting system and network issues using deductive reasoning
Providing customer and management support
Maintaining good people skills
