Requirements

  • Two to three (3-5) years of IT Infrastructure field support experience
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting desktops, printers, Windows tablets, laptops, and other peripherals
  • Ability to follow installation instructions for desktop applications
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, and VPN setups
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with Anti-spyware, Anti-virus software, SCCM & Device Encryption
  • Knowledge and experience with Video conferencing and mobile device management (Android/iOS)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time
  • Adherence to workplace health and safety policy
  • Adherence to workplace access control standards

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Fixing issues without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance
  • Providing desk-side support and PC break/fix
  • Performing smart hand activities under instruction
  • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware
  • Troubleshooting system and network issues using deductive reasoning
  • Providing customer and management support
  • Maintaining good people skills
