Requirements

  • Audiovisual and technical knowledge to produce world-class events for 10 to 1,000 in-person attendees and/or virtually limitless online audiences
  • Ability to travel 75% globally to support Key Opinion Leaders and leadership teams, ensuring audiovisual equipment (anything with a power button, light, or noise) works flawlessly
  • Stay current with leading trends in audiovisual and digital media fields
  • High-energy, detail-oriented mindset with ability to balance multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • Comfortable working onsite 4 days a week at Medtronic sites (e.g., Mounds View, Fridley, Lafayette, Irvine, Rice Creek, Memphis, North Haven, Jacksonville, Boston, Miami Lakes) and at remote global events
  • Expertise in customer service and event production technical knowledge/skills for on-site support

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of Medtronic’s global strategic meetings and event management program (in-person and digital)
  • Project manage global hybrid client marquee events, including general sessions, breakouts, product/exhibit hall, virtual experience/platform, executive engagement, and unique client experiences
  • Provide on-site support to event stakeholders using customer service and event production expertise
