Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, English (or related field preferred) or equivalent business experience
2+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and coding languages (Bootstrap preferred but not required)
Experience with help authoring tools or platforms (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with Agile software development
Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence (preferred but not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, formatting, spelling, and proofreading
English writing skills for global customer audience
Ability to simplify and break down complex technical steps into easy-to-understand content
Ability to write independently or collaboratively
Researching, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work hybrid schedule in Pune/Mumbai with shift timing 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST (to accommodate US Eastern time zone)

Responsibilities

Create and maintain ConnectWise product documentation
Design and develop documentation deliverables to support product releases such as Release Notes, Roadmap information, Requirements, email communications, and in-app messaging
Work and attend meetings with cross-departmental teams (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other Post-Sales teams) to ensure successful product releases and represent documentation and education needs
Respond to partner and colleague requests for documentation needs
Assist other teams and departments with reviewing and editing company documentation and materials
Support the ConnectWise mission and vision through the lens of documentation and education
Write content for in-app messaging, product release communications, UI/UX verbiage, and content reviews
