Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making
  • Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals
  • Ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills
  • Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Good time management, and ability to adapt to changes
  • Available work-from-home setup with: Desktop/Laptop (4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 10+ or MAC OSX), own dual monitors, strong/stable internet (10 Mbps+ wired), PC headset, HD webcam (720p+)

Responsibilities

  • Support items going live by determining assortment eligibility, building proposals, and following up with Channels throughout the item-launch process
  • Drive continuous optimization of item liveliness by tracking statuses of approved and live items on DSV Channels
  • Partner with Channel Managers to understand and support channel-specific requirements, aspirations, and restrictions
  • Find solutions to increase productivity and improve workflow to eliminate backlog and stay up to date with incoming items
  • Support New Channel launches through categorizing, enriching, and uploading item needs
  • Update standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports
