Requirements

  • University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance and/or Business required
  • Proven understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required
  • Work proficient in Italian and English
  • Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in project management, account management, sales or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities
  • Good analytical thinking and business oriented
  • Good capability to build and keep relationships internally and with customers
  • Good team worker, but also capable to work autonomously and with proactive approach
  • Ensure cGMP is applied in work area; understands emergency procedures and safe systems of work; fully aligned with all EH&S requirements and observes safety behavior in the working environment

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Managers in the preparation of slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing Change Controls, preparing quotes and performing other supporting activities as needed
  • Support with back office activities and trainings
  • Support to meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support to identify the best solution for clients in any situation
  • Internally relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients
