Requirements

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Director, um Anforderungen aus Business-Sicht aufzunehmen, zu analysieren und in klare technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen
  • Unterstützung beim kontinuierlichen Refinement und der Priorisierung des Backlogs
  • Moderation von Workshops mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Bereichen (z. B. Flex Team, Marketing, Finance, Credit Ops, Customer Service) zur Anforderungsklärung
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen im Sinne von Automatisierung und Effizienz
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen und externen Teams (u. a. Entwicklerinnen, Produktmanagerinnen, UX Designer*innen und Data Team)
  • Erstellung von User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und technischen Dokumentationen
