Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field
Ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
Ability to write clear and concise documentation
Ability to clearly communicate complex processes to both technical and non-technical audiences
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Familiarity with Agile development principles and demonstrable experience working in Agile teams
Experience working with API, web services, and web-based software projects
Experience with Networking Technologies (advantageous but not required)
Natural analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements
Facilitate a shared understanding of outcomes across the business
Visualize technical design, system workflows, user journeys, business processes, etc., to ensure clear understanding of business outcomes
Bridge the gap between business and engineering teams by transforming functional requirements into detailed technical specifications
Build and manage a prioritized backlog of user stories for the team
Collaborate with engineers to clearly communicate and refine product requirements
Facilitate agile refinement sessions to foster shared understanding of project goals and impacts across diverse teams
Work with stakeholders to elicit problem statements and detailed requirements and communicate to engineering teams
Work closely with the QA team to document acceptance criteria
Proactively improve existing processes to ensure efficient and effective collaboration across business and engineering teams
Perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and communicating findings
