Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements
  • Facilitate a shared understanding of outcomes across the business
  • Visualize technical design, system workflows, user journeys, business processes, etc., to ensure clear understanding of business outcomes
  • Bridge the gap between business and engineering teams by transforming functional requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Build and manage a prioritized backlog of user stories for the team
  • Collaborate with engineers to clearly communicate and refine product requirements
  • Facilitate agile refinement sessions to foster shared understanding of project goals and impacts across diverse teams
  • Work with stakeholders to elicit problem statements and detailed requirements and communicate to engineering teams
  • Work closely with the QA team to document acceptance criteria
  • Proactively improve existing processes to ensure efficient and effective collaboration across business and engineering teams
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and communicating findings
