Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical account management role, with a strong understanding of software implementation and customer relationship management. Experience working with healthcare data platforms and FHIR technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will act as the primary post-sales liaison for assigned customers, overseeing their onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. They will manage customer relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Agile Leads and Sales, to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. The TAM will also manage project resources, financial aspects of customer engagements, create Statements of Work, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and proactively prepare for new contract closures.
