Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Must Have skill)
Good to have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience in system configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively
