Responsibilities

Übernehmen operativer Tätigkeiten in der Abteilung OPMMI und OPMMC, wie z.B. Rüsten und Einrichten von Spritzgießmaschinen
Durchführung von Abmusterungen
Beheben von Fehlern und Optimierung der Fertigungsparameter
Materialversorgung der Anlagen
Wartung der Spritzgießmaschinen und anderer Fertigungsanlagen
Organisieren von Besprechungen und Schulungen der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
Fachliche Führung eines Teams (gemäß Organigramm) mit Weisungsbefugnis
Tägliche Einsatzplanung zur Erreichung der Tagesziele im Team
Fachliche Gespräche zu Arbeitsinhalten
Gewährleisten, dass die Teamleistungen in Bezug auf die relevanten Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) erfüllt werden
Agieren als erster Ansprechpartner im Team
Als Single point of contact den benötigten Informationsfluss zwischen allen Beteiligten sicherstellen (z.B. Ansprechpartner für Ausfallsteilerunde)
Aktiv an Verbesserungen mitarbeiten und eigenständig kleine Optimierungen einführen
Input für das Shopfloormanagement liefern
