Responsibilities

Verantwortlich für das Instore-Lager (ca. 200 qm), dessen Organisation und reibungslose Abläufe gemeinsam mit einem bis zu 10-köpfigen Team
Sicherstellen der optimalen Warenversorgung der Verkaufsfläche
Durchführen von Bestellungen und Inventuren
Überwachen der Lagerbestände sowie Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Verhaltensregeln
Aufbau einer effizienten Grundstruktur des Instore-Lagers
Erstellung einer an die Saisonplanung angepassten Lagerplanung
Verantwortung für 360° Personalthemen: Einstellung, kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung, Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
Leben der Zalando-Werte durch transparente, authentische und mitarbeiterorientierte Führung
