Knowledge in areas such as electronics, mechanics, mechanical engineering, process engineering, technology of materials
Familiarity with technical and drawing documentation
Organizational skills and ability to lead a team and plan work efficiently

Responsibilities

Organizing activities in the group, increasing work efficiency, and capacity planning
Collaboration and process optimization with production, development, logistics, purchasing, and service departments in local and global projects
Leading and training subordinate employees, regular evaluations, and salary proposals
Ensuring necessary worker substitutions
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and maintenance of spaces in the assigned group
Responsibility for compliance with technological discipline, occupational safety, fire protection, and work hygiene, including necessary training
Proposing technical and technological changes, implementing them in production to increase quality and efficiency
Ensuring output of the assigned department
