  • Collaboration and process optimization with production, development, logistics, purchasing, and service departments in local and global projects
  • Leading and training subordinate employees, regular evaluations, and salary proposals
  • Ensuring necessary worker substitutions
  • Ensuring order, cleanliness, and maintenance of spaces in the assigned group
  • Responsibility for compliance with technological discipline, occupational safety, fire protection, and work hygiene, including necessary training
  • Proposing technical and technological changes, implementing them in production to increase quality and efficiency
  • Ensuring output of the assigned department
