Education in electrical engineering or another technical field
Knowledge in areas such as electronics, mechanics, mechanical engineering, process engineering, technology of materials
Familiarity with technical and drawing documentation
Organizational skills and ability to lead a team and plan work efficiently
Systematic and precise approach with attention to detail
Good communication skills for working with team and customers

Responsibilities

Ensuring necessary worker substitutions
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and maintenance of spaces in the assigned group
Responsibility for compliance with technological discipline, occupational safety, fire protection, and work hygiene, including necessary training
Proposing technical and technological changes, implementing them in production to increase quality and efficiency
Ensuring output of the assigned department
