Requirements

Candidates should possess first-hand experience in leading Door-to-Door Sales teams with a focus on cold outreach and direct new customer acquisition. They should have knowledge in sales control, performance analysis, and sales strategies, along with strong communication skills for collaboration across departments and with diverse personalities. Furthermore, experience in planning and executing projects such as customer surveys or complaint management is beneficial, and very good German language skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader will build and manage their Door-to-Door sales team on-site, leading them to sustainable success. They will monitor sales figures, create regular reports and documentation on team performance and progress, ensure high employee motivation through training and feedback, support employees in achieving their individual and team goals while not closing deals themselves, document team member presence, and provide regular feedback to the regional management regarding team performance, challenges, and improvement potential. Additionally, they will collaborate with the regional management to establish and develop processes and structures.
