Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in people management - formal (preferred) or informal; experience with matrix organization or remote team management is an asset
  • Proven record of strong leadership competencies, passion for leading people, identifying talent, developing potential, inspiring and motivating to maximize performance and engagement
  • Proactive mindset, creativity, and strategic contribution to team strategy and growth
  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Data Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of NIQ data, tools, methodology, and ways of working is an asset
  • Prior experience and interest in FMCG/Retail in Western Europe markets is a big asset
  • Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level)
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and in a multicultural setting
  • Strong analytical mind, numerical skills and business acumen
  • High level of communication, negotiation, and client service skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure services meet client needs, specifications, and company quality standards (Client Service Delivery)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term objectives
  • Oversee task prioritization and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Manage client expectations and consult with local market teams for feedback and project details
  • Manage and develop direct reports to meet client requirements and demonstrate required competencies (Team Leadership & Development)
  • Set high performance standards; provide support, recognition, and feedback
  • Drive engagement, motivation, and a strong team culture focused on exceeding client expectations
  • Allocate work based on capacity, skills, and aspirations
  • Set objectives, monitor progress, give feedback, and conduct performance reviews
  • Foster knowledge sharing, recognition, and best practice adoption
  • Develop top talent and ensure succession planning
  • Participate in recruitment for the team and department
